At AllPokeTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
